This last 2 weeks have flown by. Setting up a Bed and Breakfast in a week and going in to hospital for 4 of those days really stretches you out.

Its fully set up the gardener aka Gavin my husband has been doing a great job trimming the hedges mowing the yard (hes got a ride along mover) and also picking the vegetable and fruits that grow in the gardens.

I had the opportunity to give a little bit back to the community, as they say, yesterday. The local “Soup Kitchen”, is sponsored by an organization called Catholic Outreach. Feeding the hungry and the homeless at least one meal a day, they are constantly looking for volunteers to help out. So, I donated my time and cooked lunch for a great bunch of people ... Read More
