Thank You Save to MyRecipes

Postby JWJohnson on Wed Oct 28, 2009 1:03 pm

Greetings all,
I want to thank all of you for inspiration. I am an Executive Chef and have been in the restaurant/hospitality business for 25 years. I have become dull and burnt. I have been searching this forum for several months and finally decided to join. All of you have rekindled the love and passion to create and serve the public with my talents. Please keep up the great work. Thank you again.
In His service,
JW Johnson

I bet my recipe for chili with 2/3 cup of cayenne really brought forth your creative juices. Honestly the people that belong to C2C are the very best. Whenever I have had a problem someone always comes forth and helps me out with a solution. If I get to come online very often, I bet even you will suddenly be disappearing when I show up.

Just wanted to welcome you to Chef2Chef! It's a fabulous community. Please feel free to drop a note to Admin or me should you have any questions or comments as you become acquainted with both the forums and the site.

Icy - TY again for sending me that recipe (with the proper cayenne measurement!)

It's a very tasty recipe without a bottle full of cayenne!
