So a couple of my regulars want me do do a party at their house for 15-20 people at their place. Not being a restaurant function obviously if things went wrong their insurance wouldn't cover me. I don't do this a lot so i dont see the need to pick up an insurance policy. I was thinking a release of liability waiver. Has anyone had any experience using these? Or have any ideas?

If doing a waiver make sure it is IRONCLAD.
Especially if serving booze. Third party liability can be a dog.
You will be always victorious if you will never enter into any contest where the issue does not wholly depend upon yourself.
