Rasshad Brown is working with an overseas investment group and plans to open a series of restaurants featuring his soul food flavorings. The first restaurant,
Big City BBQ, opened this summer and has received accolades from more than a dozen food critics and award sites. After spending much of his carreer in the resort industry, I believe that Chef Rasshad has evolved into a world-class chef.
