Kitchens For Rent Or Lease During Down Time

Does anyone know where I can locate a kitchen that I may lease/use a few days a month in the Memphis, TN area? I would like to start my own business making gourmet food items for the gift industry.

Don't know how far this place is from you, but they are affiliated with the Memphis Emerge Business Incubator Center.

Clinch-Powell Community Kitchens in Treadway, Tenn., the only food product incubator in the state, provides a facility that people can use to produce vegetable and fruit products for commercial sale.

I know that the College I attended used to rent out our production kitchen to local business when we weren't in it...they did everything from cooking classes to small scale production of salsa's,relishes and the like for sale. Worth a shot to check into it.
