my daughter registered 2xs to this site and her registrations were successful but cant log in due to approval pending for a 2nd email.was wondering how long does this usually take since she got the other emails right away.

Mine daughter has experienced the same problem - can't get to the point where her log in works.

It's usually just a matter of hours unless there is some problem with their registration.

ok we were just wondering..she registered on saturday on my computer. the cookies wouldnt matter would it if she registered on my computer and as I have no problem logging. in? site just doesnt recognize her log in name/password
even tho the registration was successful.

When my computer is down I use my hubby's and have no problems logging in so it isn't that!

Ok will have to get one of the tech people here to try and figure this out.

Chelsea is still having the same problem as well, different computer, different login name. She got the first email, responded, but never got the second step? She can log in on her computer under my user name but not hers. I did pm tech support yesterday to see if they can figure out the problem, but kph . . . you're not alone!!

IM sure theres a glich somewhere and theyll take care of it.
in a way I told her not to bug the chefs too much lol..if she gets in. shes learning and young and has a whole lot of questions of which I cant answer. I just told her patience!

kitchenpanhands...I'm not a pro by any means, nor am I tech support. I have watched this thread and have had thoughts about something else that happened recently that may help you. About a month ago, during the Fincher/Pumpkinbritches episode, where Fincher was videoing PB drinking this "vile" medicine, PB tried to log in, but kept coming in as Fincher. Since it was the same 'puter, the cookies were logging them in as the same person. You could look back, but if I remember correctly, PB was advised to dump all her cookies...no pun intended PB....and log in as herself. It seemed to work. Meanwhile, I will look up the name of that medicine on the search for more specific info. Until Tech comes in, you may want to try this.

KPH - We're still waiting as well!! Chels can log in on her computer under my name and everything is fine, but she can't log in under her user name. They sent her the first email and she responded to it, but the second email with password didn't work and still isn't. She has tried to log in on other computers (to avoid the cookie issue) and that isn't working either. I am stumped and she is frustrated, so . . . I'm feeling your pain! Maybe if they get to the bottom of your problem, we will both learn!
