What To Expect On A Trail Save to MyRecipes

Postby marlowebro on Fri Feb 16, 2007 2:14 am

Next Tuesday I am going on my first trail for a garde manger position at a fine dining restuarant. What should I expect to be doing. I'm also going in at 11am in the morning. They said they only do trail in the morinings.

Bring in your sharpest knife and your A game.

Don't try to impress with your knowledge. Ask what to do, do what you're told. Listen, learn and absorb.

You can learn so much from these experiences. Do your best and good luck.
You will be always victorious if you will never enter into any contest where the issue does not wholly depend upon yourself.
