Crazy-

My POS system has a program like that built right into it. I would think just about any modern POS software program has something similar.

I use Aloha, but I don't think it has that ability. What do you use Bistro?

Outside of POS software there is a whole bunch of CRM (Customer relationship Management) Softwaare.
THey also were known as PIM's (Personal Information Managers). I have used Ecco Pro (now available as a free download - little quirky has a fanatical following who are still supporting it with updates etc). Time & choas and numerous others depends on the degree of "interaction" with your POS.

I have a POSX system., The software came integrated with the system. Found the system on POSGuys.com Perhaps they sell software that would fit your current system?
