Dungeness Crab Save to MyRecipes

looking for dungeness crab in texas sysco can get it..... some time but we need it now opening restaurant on friday.. have three recipes i need it for any help would be appreciated. Image

Not a pro, but check the search option...type in crab, forum: Share a Recipe, poster: kitchencapers or cjs.

Kitchencapers had several a while back and cjs had one using crab...not sure dungeness...in the past 2 weeks. If you don't find them, pm me and I have all saved and will post. The three I remember were awesome!

Chefcw was too panicked to practice punctuation and capitalisation. I had to study the post to understand it too!

Hope he found a supply is having a good opening.

Sorry guy's. was panicked, still am we did not get open and are still looking for the crab. but you guy's have helped their is hope in our future.

Coming from Vancouver I have to agree that dungeness crabs are theeeeee best crab ever....but why not switch up the recipes to use your local blue crabs...which should be around in ample supply!!
Escoffier would have loved Kraft Dinner!! Especially with Ketchup!!!
