School Paper Save to MyRecipes

Postby Valeriekay on Fri Apr 06, 2007 12:04 am

Hi, I'm a culinary art student with a homework project. I need to interview a chef. If anyone could help that would be fantastic... Its the usual stuff you might expect, why did you become a chef, best part of the job, worst part of the job. And this burning question, do you ever feel like not cooking? Image [/color]

why did you become a chef,?

I still haven't figgered that out, it wasn't a conscious decision on my part.

best part of the job, ?

Oh thats easy to answer.!

worst part of the job. ?

The worst part is always the stuff I hate doing, its always like that isn't it.

And this burning question, do you ever feel like not cooking?

Only when everything is burning.

Hope that clears everythink up for u.

Isn't that grilling not cooking? Image

I recomend you check the top 100 chef and see what ones are on the forum to PM for an interview. My two cents.
