Shoes Save to MyRecipes

Postby silentlegacy on Sat Apr 21, 2007 10:42 pm

Does anybody know where I can get a good pair of 3/4 to high top shoes for the kitchen? I have bad ankles and I need some kind of support. The ones I have now just aren't cutting it. Image

I find wearing an ankle brace to be better.

Find the shoes that work for the soles of your lower back and soles, let a brace handle the rest.
You will be always victorious if you will never enter into any contest where the issue does not wholly depend upon yourself.

I too have bad ankles, in fact I had surgery last year to correct my left ankle, because it was so bad. I wear Sketchers clogs (the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn) and use my prescription orthodics in them. Never had any problems.

If you haven't already, you might consider going to see a podiatrist (foot doc) they can probably hook you up with some inserts or at the very least give you some suggestions on good shoes.
