Just Wanna Brag!

Hey y'all,

This past weekend I competed in the 2007 Culinary Casting Challenge which was put on by the Chicago Mold School.

The competition was a two day affair in which myself and six other students had to use molds provided to us in a creative manner to create a sugar showpiece and a chocolate amenity platter.

While I didn't place, I'm extremely proud of the work that I did.
